Do-It-Yourself Faux Lettering on Glass Jewellery Box:

Download and print the faux lettering worksheet and use it as a guide to write on these glass jewellery boxes. You will also need a white fine tip water-based Sharpie paint marker and painter’s tape.

Clean the glass before starting. Cut out the lettering as shown above and tape it to the back of the  glass lid. Trace the lettering using the Sharpie marker. If you make a mistake, it’s easy to remove the paint using a damp cotton swab or tissue. Allow the paint to dry a few minutes before handling.

Do-It-Yourself Labels on Wine Bottles:

Sure you could just add a mini wine bottle to the gift box but isn’t this so much nicer? Print a photo onto plain white paper and trim it to fit your bottle. Make sure to cover the existing label and use a piece of decorative tape to keep the paper label in place.

Do-It-Yourself Packaging:

Make sure you are using a gift box that is large enough to to easily fit the biggest gift item. Add sizzle to the bottom of the box and place all of your items on top of the sizzle. Add extra sizzle wherever it is necessary to make sure that everything stays in place. Add a few decorative elements like gold foil party confetti.

Make sure that your proposal boxes are as pretty on the outside as the inside using ribbon, real or silk flowers, gold foil party confetti and gift tags. Instead of a gift tag, add a pretty hand lettered detail to the box using a gold Sharpie paint marker.
